1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on doublemotors.store you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed when payment is captured by our gateway (Stripe). If an order cannot be fulfilled (e.g. product unavailable), we will refund the full purchase price within 3 business days.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Indianapolis, Indiana within 1 business day of order placement. Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. We are not responsible for carrier delays or packages lost or damaged after delivery.

5. Warranty

Every product carries a 90-day manufacturer defect warranty. Warranty covers replacement of the defective part only; labor, consequential damages, and downtime are not covered.

6. Fitment

We do our best to provide accurate fitment data on every product page, but the customer is ultimately responsible for verifying compatibility with their specific vehicle. Contact support@doublemotors.store if you need fitment confirmation before ordering.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.
