Refund & Return Policy

Our Promise

If you’re not happy with a Double Motors part, we make it right. Every order is backed by our 30-day return window and our 90-day warranty on defects.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any reason. To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • Include your original order number.
  • Request an RMA by emailing support@doublemotors.store.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 2–10 days to post the refund.

Warranty Replacements

If a part fails under normal use within 90 days of delivery, email support@doublemotors.store with your order number and a description of the issue. We cover both the replacement part and return shipping for warranty claims — no restocking fees.

Damaged in Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, email photos to support@doublemotors.store within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll file the carrier claim on your behalf and ship a replacement immediately.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for safety and legal reasons:

  • Installed or used parts.
  • Custom-fit accessories that have been trimmed or modified.
  • Items damaged by misuse or improper installation.
